The service is very simple to download and run. Secured with Industry Standard RC4 encryption, the software package is only installed during the 'session' and will be completely uninstalled at the end of your service call. For your protection, you must initiate the software each time you request service. Once the session begins, you will be able to see everything we see ensuring that only the services requested are performed.
You may call or email us to describe your issue. Once your issues are determined and you wish to continue you will be charged for the time spent to fix your computer. Labor is charged by the minute. So, if you need 12 minutes of support that is all you will be charged for. You must have a working highspeed connection to the internet to download our software and receive service.
